Commitment Statement
New Horizon Copper (NHC) is committed to maintaining high standards of corporate governance as the foundation for responsible, transparent and sustainable mining operations in Namibia. To achieve this, our Board of Directors provides the foundation for this commitment by overseeing the Company’s governance framework and promoting a culture of integrity, safety and responsible decision-making across all areas of the business. The Board guides the strategic direction of the Company, oversees executive leadership and operational performance, supervises risk management and internal controls, and ensures compliance with applicable Namibian laws, regulations and industry standards.
As custodian of the historic Kombat Mine resource, NHC recognises the importance of balancing commercial success with environmental responsibility, workforce wellbeing and constructive engagement with local stakeholders. The Company is committed to operating in a manner that contributes positively to Namibia’s critical minerals sector and supports long-term national development objectives.
